They come every week at the same time. They send a report of what they did and chemicals added along with pictures.

2/27/25 Update: i have canceled my services. Nothing about their maintenance service was short of excellent but when it came to negotiating repairs i just didnt appreciate the way Corneliu dealt with me as an existing customer. I was trying to find a way to use different equipment of the same brands he was suggesting to lower the price but he was very abrasive and uninterested and only wanted to use the best and most expensive models. Which is always a plus for a customer as you would always want to be recommended the best equipment but thats just not what i wanted for a rental property. All in all i still recommend them but our conversation just ruined my relationship/experience with pool pal.

We’ve been trying to find a good pool guy and company for over 2 years and every one we’ve got was irresponsable, bad communication and unprofessional not to mention unfriendly… Cornelius was just amazing and 10 stars all around, fixed the problem that had been not fixed with the “other” pool for over 6 weeks in 2 hours and got pool and equipment running 100% right away!
